FAQ

The prices displayed on the website are for a 24 hour period. There may be times when delivery is made the night before the event for the convenience of Warner Event Rentals. In this case you will not be charged for more than a standard 24 hour period. 

All tents will be set up and installed by Warner Event Rentals staff. However, we are not responsible for the set up of tables and chairs unless specified. We can set up tables and chairs for your event at an additional cost. 

Send us an email with your equipment rental request and we will reach out to you to make arrangements. After speaking with you we will send you a quote. 

We will keep a close eye on the weather for the day and location of your event. If there is weather that we feel is unsafe we may request to reschedule your event. This is the LAST thing we want to do but tents are made with heavy steel poles that could cause injury in severe weather. If we are unable to reschedule your date you will receive a full refund. 

A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation and payment in full must be made 7 days before the reservation date.
